Kayella M. Hedlund, 64, of Paris, IL passed away 9:40 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in Regional Hospital, Terre Haute, IN. She was a Christian and a homemaker.

Kayella was born August 2, 1947 the daughter of Troy and Winona Mitchell Massey, Jr. in Shelbyville, IL.

She is survived by her mother of Fountain Hills, AZ; her children Brant Walls and his wife Heidi of Paris, Brande Ritchey and her husband Michael of Paris; her grandchildren Skylar and Brayden Walls both of Paris; her Brother Steven Lynn Massey of Fountain Hills, AZ.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hedlund will be 10 a.m. Monday July 30, 2012 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home, Paris with Pastor Shane Mullins officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday July 29, 2012 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery, Paris.

The family suggests that memorials for Kayella be made to the Edgar County Humane Society or the American Lung Association.
