William Allen Spencer age 58 of Clinton, IN formerly of Paris, IL passed away at 1:39 a.m., Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon, IL. He was the owner and mechanic of Clinton Tire and Exhaust in Clinton, IN.

Services are 10 a.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Visitation is Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery at a later date.

William was born on August 8, 1957 in Paris, IL the son of the late Fred D. and Mary Ellen Shivlar Spencer.

He married Angela Higa Spencer, July 1, 2010 in Charleston, IL.

William is survived by his wife Angela; his children Michele (David Massa) Spencer of Terre Haute, IN, Stacey Lowry of Hume, IL, Amanda (Dan) Winniski of Terre Haute, IN, Alysha (Zach Williams) Spencer of Centralia, IL, Mikka Spencer of Charleston, IL, Hannah Spencer of Ashmore, IL; his siblings Freddy (Eve) Spencer of Monticello, IN, Walter (Theresa) Spencer Chrisman, IL, James Spencer of Paris, IL, Matthew J. Spencer of Paris, IL; his grandchildren: Caleb Daniel Spencer, Sam Massa, Zakk Massa, and Abraham Winniski.
