William Gene Gosnell II, age 64, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 6:10 A.M. on Friday, June 3, 2022.

Visitation will be from 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. with memorial service at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home.

William "Bill" was born on October 14, 1957 in Paris. He is the son of the late William Gene and Stella Mae (Spencer) Gosnell.

Bill worked at Art Reese for 40+ years. He then was a custodian for District 95 in Paris.

He is survived by his children: Chelsea Davey (Nick Karas) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Chris Gosnell of Paris, Illinois; his grandchildren: Yesenia Davey Torres (Joel Castro), Estrellita Spears, Jhana Tamang, Mohannad and Adham Abd; his great grandchildren: Aldo, Gael, Rubi, and Jade Castro Davey; his siblings: Glenna (Keith) Trogdon, Penny (Richard) Duzan, Sandy Gosnell; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William and Stella Gosnell.

Memorials may be made to Lincoln Land Hospice or Edgar County D.O. I.T.
