Tracy Alan Shanks 51 of Marshall, IL formerly of Paris passed away at 10:10 p.m., Thursday January 31, 2019 in Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.

Graveside services are 2 p.m., Friday February 8, 2019 in Vermilion Cemetery in Vermilion, IL. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 5p.m. to 7p.m., Thursday February 7, 2019 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Edgar County Humane Association.

Tracy was born June 28, 1967 in Paris the son of the late Charles Alexander and May Jean Frazier Shanks.

He is survived by his sons: Michael and Brody Shanks both of Paris; his siblings Rea Hindman of Winchester, TN, Charlie (Cindy) Shanks of New Berry, FL, Linda (Mike) Shon of Mesa, AZ, Shelley (Darrell) Pittman of Paris and Trina (Greg) Steele of Estill Springs, TN

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Patricia Henderson and his nieces Stacy Gallion and Brittane Henderson.
