Timothy J. Martin, age 66 of Paris, Illinois passed away at 12:39 p.m. on January 18, 2021 at Life's Journey in Paris, Illinois.

In keeping with State of Illinois mandates due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all services are private. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements

He spent his working days as an engineering technician at the Illinois Department of Transportation although his main occupation was being a farmer. In conjunction with his career, Timothy was a part of many organizations and held many hobbies throughout his life. Of these, Tim was a member of the Elk's lodge 812, as well as a member of the Farm Bureau. He was a member of the Crestwood School Board for over a decade and also spent his time as an avid bowler and held an interest for antique tractors. Timothy was also a member of Bell Ridge Christian Church.

Timothy was born July 20, 1954 in Danville, Illinois; he is the son of the late Robert K. and Ruth Lynch Martin.

He is survived by his one child; Scott Martin (Kali Fuqua) of Paris, Illinois, his brothers; Ronald L. Martin and Thomas Martin, his twin, of Paris, Illinois, his grandchildren; Alyssa Martin and Matilda Rae Martin of Paris, Illinois, his nephews; Chris Martin of Paris, Illinois, Thad Martin, of Paris, Illinois, his nieces; Kendall Chisholm of Naperville, Illinois, and Andrea Halloran of Paris, Illinois, along with several grand nieces and nephews.

Timothy is preceded in death by his foster brother Jerry Jones and his sister Annette Martin.

Memorials may be made to Edgar County 4-H Association in Paris, Illinois.
