Shirley Ann Tretter's Obituary
Shirley Ann Tretter, age 80 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 12:27 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Paris Health Care Center. She had been a Physical Therapy aid at Paris Community Hospital for 39 years. Shirley was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Mary's Altar Society, and Paris Community Hospital 20 Year Club. Born July 8, 1936 in Paris, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Lena (Sleinus) Haddix. She married Harold Wayne Tretter October 16, 1982 in Paris, he passed away in 1995. She was also preceded in death by a sister Patricia Haddix. Survivors include her special friends and caretakers, Becky and Bernie Brady of Paris, Illinois. Visitation for Mrs. Tretter will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery.
