Scott A. Seaney, age 57, of Paris, Illinois passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022.

Following cremation, visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home.

He was born on November 16, 1964 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He is the son of the late Ray K. and Betty Cleary Seaney.

Scott was a cook for most of his life, most recently at Kurly Q, and previously at the Colonial Kitchen and Main Street Café. He was a big sports fan, especially of the Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Cardinals. Scott will be remembered as someone who had a heart of gold, was a world class hug giver, and was always willing to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his siblings: Mark (Donna) Starr of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jim (Beth) Starr of Paris, Illinois, Kellie (Tommy) Gates of Paris, Illinois, Darlena (Mike) Elledge of Paris, Illinois; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews who he loved as his own; and his loyal companion, his dog Kenny.

Scott is preceded in death by his parents, and his infant twin sisters, Antonette and Tonette Seaney.

Memorials may be made to the Edgar County Animal Shelter.
