Sara Sue Bell, age 69, of Hume, Illinois passed away at 6:35 P.M. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her residence.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in Young America Cemetery in Hume, Illinois. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Sara was born on June 2, 1952 in Paris, Illinois. She is the daughter of the late Russell Leon and Mary Lucille (Cash) Bussart. She married Gary Wayne Bell on June 19, 1970 in Charleston, Illinois. He preceded her in death.

Sara was a laborer at Cadillac Products for 21 years. She loved gardening and cooking.

She is survived by her daughter, Chris Bell of Hume, Illinois; her grandchildren: Jazzalyn (John) Kitzmiller of Hume, Illinois, Kacey Bell of Hume, Illinois, Kylie Bell of Villa Grove, Illinois; her great grandchildren: Brantley, Waylon, Mckenna, Rhett, Haisley; her siblings: Ronda (Robert) Cutright of Paris, Illinois, Judy Jewell of Charleston, Illinois, Karen (Radar) Bussart of Charleston, Illinois, Leon (Vicki) Bussart of Tolono, Illinois, and Jerry (Diana) Bussart of Hume, Illinois.

Sara is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Russell Bussart, her husband, Gary Bell, her son, Anthony Bell, her sister, Tina Graves, and nephews Dusty and Troy.
