Ronald D Rollings's Obituary
Ronald D. Rollings age 70 of Danville, Illinois, formerly of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017 at Presence United Samaritan Medical Center in Danville. He was a dish washer and also worked in lawn care. Born March 18, 1947 in Edgar County, Illinois, he was the son of the late Clifford and Evelyn (Henry) Rollings. He married Barbara (Dalton) Rollings September 19, 1974 in Urbana, Illinois and she survives. Other survivors include 2 sons, Josh Rollings of Danville, Illinois and Jerry Rollings of Danville, Illinois, three sisters; Barbara Rollings of Paris, Illinois, Shirley Sandlin of Westville, Illinois, and Wilma Vice of Chrisman, Illinois, and 2 grandchildren, Shawn and Travis Rollings, both of Rossville, Illinois. He was preceded in death by a son Bryan Rollings and two brothers, Bobby and Frank Rollings. Visitation for Mr. Rollings will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery.
