Ronald L. Martin, age 75 of Paris, Illinois passed away at 5:09 P.M. on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Horizon Health.

Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Memorial service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date.

Ronald was born December 31, 1947 in Danville, Illinois to Robert Kemna and Ruth Alice (Lynch) Martin.

Ronald worked and retired from Enerstar after many years. He was also a farmer and he enjoyed working with cattle and being outdoors. He was also a longtime member of Bell Ridge Christian Church in Paris.

He is survived by his children: Chris (Tricia) Martin of Paris, Illinois, Thad (Mandy) Martin of Paris, Illinois; his grandchildren: Mackenzie Martin, Sydney Martin, Chayse Martin, Chloe Martin; and his brother, Tom Martin of Paris, Illinois.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one foster brother, and one sister.

Memorials may be made to Edgar County 4-H Association.
