Ronald Lobb, age 72 of Paris, passed away at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Union Hospital Emergency Room in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was Millwright for Cargill. Mr. Lobb was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the NRA, NHRA, Hazard Brothers Car Club, VFW Post 3601, American Legion Post 211, Edgar County Shrine Club, and Stratton Lodge 408 Ancient Free & Accepted Masons.

Born December 22, 1945 in Decatur, Illinois, he was the son of the late Mac and Mary (Nieft) Lobb. He married Pam Brown October 4, 1986 in Edgar County, Illinois. Survivors include his wife Pam Lobb of Paris. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son David Mac Lobb.

Following cremation, Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018 in Edgar Cemetery with Rev. Michael Dixon officiating.  Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 211 and VFW Post 3601. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
