Robert Lee Quinn, age 79 of Chrisman, Illinois, passed away at 5:35 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013 in Presence Health United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. Mr. Quinn was a farmer, worked in maintenance for Chrisman High School for 15 years and worked as a herdsman for Frank Stratton Farms for 17 years. He was a graduate of Paris High School and he attended Otterbein United Methodist Church where he was a Sunday School Teacher and Youth Leader, and also was a member of the 4-H Federation and was a 4-H leader. Mr. Quinn was a volunteer for the Food Pantry. He and his wife were foster parents.
Born March 25, 1934 in Edgar County, Illinois, he was the son of the late Collett and Fern (Landes) Quinn. He was married to Wilna Beverly (Jamison) Quinn and she survives.
Other survivors include three sons; Duane Quinn and his wife Terri of Chrisman, Illinois, Bruce Quinn and his wife Jody of Paris, Illinois and John E. Quinn and his friend Shawna of Paris, Illinois, two brothers, Raymond Quinn of Marshall, Illinois and Dean Quinn of Tryon, North Carolina, six grandsons; Billy Joe Quinn and his wife Niki of Bloomington, Illinois, Robert Lee Quinn II of Florida, Daniel Quinn of Chrisman, Illinois, Shannon Quinn and his wife Brittany of Paris, Illinois, Jeremy Quinn of Chrisman, Illinois and Christopher Quinn and his wife Chelsea of Paris, Illinois, and nine great grandchildren; Anika Quinn, Kaylee Quinn, Zavier Quinn, Cohen Quinn, Hunter Quinn, Brody Quinn, Drake Quinn, Beckham Quinn and Braxton Quinn.

Visitation for Mr. Quinn will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Littlefield Cemetery in Brouilletts Creek Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Food Pantry or Otterbein United Methodist Church.
