Ricky Wells, age 70, of Chrisman, Illinois passed away at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021at Hilltop Nursing Home in Charleston, Illinois.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that all who attend the service to mind state mandates at all times.

A graveside service will held on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 3:30p.m. at Woodland Cemetery in Chrisman, Illinois.

Ricky was born on December 2, 1950 in Greencastle, Indiana the son of the late William Walter and Lola Mae Bassett Wells.

He married Catherine Brown on August 27, 2013 in Edgar County, Illinois.

Ricky was the Vice President of First Bank & Trust in Paris, Illinois, the caretaker of Woodland Cemetery in Chrisman, Illinois for 33 years, and a member of the Nazarene Church of Chrisman, Illinois.

He is survived by his wife: Catherine Wells of Chrisman, Illinois; his daughters: Amanda (Jon) Heath of Chrisman, Illinois, Shanna (Ted) Fisher of Catlin, Illinois; his stepsons: Adam Shepard of Paris, Illinois, Matthew Shepard of Rockville, Indiana; his brother: Jimmy Wells of Chrisman, Illinois; and his grandchildren: Drake, Preston, Paxton, Spencer and Stevie Lee.
