Randy "T.V. Doc" Swinford, age 67 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 12:16 a.m. Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Randy was a self-employed technician in television and satellite sales and service.  He was a member of Elks BPOE 812 and assisted with Terre Haute AM VETS.

Born May 22, 1952 in Paris, he was the son of the late Wilbur O. and Margaret Lou (Ruckman) Swinford. He married Marcia (Edwards) Swinford in Paris in 1997 and she passed away December 1, 2012.  Survivors include his children; Dustin Lee (Ashley) Swinford of Paris, Dale (Carol) Hartley of Paris, William Cody (Nicole) Swinford of Michigan City, Indiana, Anthony Atwood Swinford of Paris, and Casey Victoria Swinford of Paris, his ex-wife Debra Swinford of Paris, a brother Thomas Swinford of Chandler, Arizona, and sixteen grandchildren; Devin Swinford, Courtney Swinford, Maire Hartley, Keiran Hartley, Liam Hartley, Rowan Hartley, Katelyn Runyan, Ethan Swinford, Wyatt Roberts, Alisa Roberts, Jack Swinford, Zoey Swinford, Rozalynn Swinford, Hulin Swinford, Isaac Swinford, and Josie Swinford.

Memorial visitation will be held from Noon until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home.
