Priscilla Rose Johnson, age 77 of Winigan, MO formerly of Paris, IL passed away at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017 in the Life Care Center, Brookfield, MO. She was a school teacher and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Chillicothe, MO.

Services are 10:00 a.m., Monday December 11, 2017 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Visitation is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday December 10, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Grandview, IL. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Priscilla was born February 16, 1940 in Paris, IL the daughter of the late John Jay and Mary Alice Smith Dorothy. She married William Lawrence Johnson May 14, 1960 in the Presbyterian Church in Paris, IL and he passed away October 20, 2002.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her children: Vickie Ann (Forrest) Kirchenbauer of Fremont, OH and William Lawrence (Karen) Johnson of Winigan, MO and a informally adopted son Phillip (Merrilee) Willard of Davis, IL and their children and grandchildren; her siblings: John Jay Dorothy of Paris, Lloyd Dorothy of Indianapolis, IN, Patricia Ruth Poynter of Paris and Naomi Leeman of Georgetown, IL; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Priscilla was preceded in death by her sisters Frances Willoughby and Myrta Simmons.
