Pauline A. Beauchamp, aged 96, of rural Paris, Illinois, died peacefully in her home at 3:10 p.m. Sunday, June 4, 2017. Pauline was a homemaker, a member of the Church of Christ in Paris, Illinois, and attended Independent Bible Baptist Church in Paris, Illinois. Born August 8, 1920, of the late Leslie and Vera (Lesher) Frye. Pauline was the eldest of four children. Leslie and Vera's other children include one son, Eugene Frye, and daughters Wilma (Frye) Kuhn and Darlene (Frye) Elliott. Pauline married Howard Beauchamp Sr, on August 26, 1940, in Paris, Illinois. Howard Beauchamp Sr. entered into rest on May 22, 1976. Howard Beauchamp Sr. & Pauline had two sons John Beauchamp and Howard Beauchamp Jr. She is survived by son Howard Beauchamp Jr. Other survivors include seven grandchildren: Rick & Daniel Beauchamp, born to Howard and Rita (Rinehart) Beauchamp, and Denise Mattingly, Kristal Malone, Robin Baugh, Johnnie Wilson, and John Beauchamp, children of Pauline's late son John Beauchamp, a sister Darlene Elliott, ten great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son John Beauchamp, her brother Eugene Frye, her sister Wilma Kuhn, and daughter-in-law, Rita (Rinehart) Beauchamp, wife to son Howard Beauchamp Jr. Visitation for Mrs. Beauchamp will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home in Paris, Illinois. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Little Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Independent Bible Baptist Church.
