Patti Sue Douglas's Obituary
Patti Sue Douglas, age 70 of rural Marshall, Illinois, passed away at 3:56 a.m. Sunday, July 26, 2015 in Union Hospital, Terre Haute. She was a farmer and a homemaker. Born June 3, 1945 in Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ida Frances (Hall) Hensley. She married James A. Douglas May 30, 1963 and he survives. Other survivors include two sons, Leonard (Kathryn Murdock) Douglas of Dennison and Joseph (Yah) Douglas of Chicago, a brother Jeffrey Hensley of Arizona, two sisters, Karen Blondfield of California and Vicki Rodriguez of California, and a grandson Tanner Douglas od Dennison. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son Michael Douglas. Services for Mrs. Douglas will be private. Private burial will be in Forsythe Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to E.C.C.F., Inc., DO It Fund. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
