Pamela J. Arthur, age 64 of Mattoon, Illinois, passed away at 1:39 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2019 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. She was a homemaker.

Born August 15, 1954 in Terre Haute, Indiana, she was the daughter of William and Barbara (Christenberry) Crunk. Survivors include her mother Barbara Crunk of Paris, two sons, Robert (Julie) Fitzsimmons of Paris and Troy Fitzsimmons of Mattoon, four sisters; Lela (Joe) North of Pryor, Oklahoma, Polly (Jeff) Montgomery of Paris, Opal (Michael Hobson) Crunk of Paris, and Brenda Crunk of Palatka, Florida, and three grandchildren; Kayleb, Ethan, and Skylar Fitzsimmons, all of Paris.She was preceded in death by her father, her brother George William "Bill" Crunk, and a granddaughter Micheala M. Fitzsimmons.
