Nancy D. Young's Obituary
Nancy D. Young passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016 at home with family. She was born January 12, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to William G. Hoban and Nancy W. Lowe Hoban. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and step-father Roscoe Grisham, a granddaughter Angel Ann Board, and a great granddaughter Ava Renee Board. Mrs. Young was married to Robert E. Young August 5, 1978 in Paris, Illinois and he survives. She also leaves behind three sons and a step-son; Herbert "Duke" (Holly) Board, Jerome "Jerry" Board, Ernest (Sonya) Board, all of Paris, Illinois, and Michael (Natalie) Young of Martinsville, Illinois. Also two daughters, Rosa Board and Victoria Cianfaglione, both of Paris, Illinois, two sisters, Carol Robinson and Barbara Felgenhauer, both of Paris, Illinois, 16 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. She retired from the Kroger Company in 2000 after 31 years of service and was an avid quilter. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. There will be no visitation or service. Following cremation, a private family memorial will be planned for a later date. Cards will be appreciated.
