Nancy Ruth Mink, age 93, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 6:31 A.M. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Gibson Family Center in Terre Haute Indiana.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home in Paris, Illinois.

Nancy was a lifelong resident of Paris, IL, she was born to "JG" (James Grover) and Maude Estella Rhoads on December 9, 1928. She married Lowell Mink on September 6, 1952, and they enjoyed 46 years together until Lowell's death in 1998.

Nancy was retired from a long career in banking. She was an active member of the First Christian Church of Paris (Disciples of Christ). She was an avid game player and enjoyed traveling. Her favorite adventure was a trip to Australia which included a hot air balloon ride over the outback. Aunt Nancy was dearly loved by her extended family of nieces and nephews.

She is survived by three nieces and four nephews, and many great, great-great, and great-great-great nieces and nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her siblings: Anna (Ross) Wright, Irma (Kenneth) Drake, Lela (Virgil) Brooks, Mabel (Alwin) Martin, Dorothy (Artie) Drake, Walter "Bud" (Barbara) Rhoads, and Helen (Dale) Schiele; and 6 nephews.

Memorials may be made to Paris 1 ^st Christian Church.
