Mary Ann Hickman age 71 of Marshall, Illinois passed away at 11:15 p.m. on Saturday April 3, 2021 at Pleasant Meadows Senior Living in Chrisman, Illinois.

In keeping with State of Illinois mandates due to COVID-19 Pandemic, everyone attending the service must wear a mask while inside the funeral home. Visitation will be Wednesday April 7, 2021 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.  Everyone is welcome but we ask that you keep your visit short so that all who wish to pay their respects may do so.  A Funeral Service will be Thursday April 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Valery Burusu officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

She was born September 4, 1949 in Marshall, Illinois to the late Paul Joseph and Margaret (Elledge) McManus.

Mary Ann married Larry Hickman on July 23, 1971 in Paris, Illinois and he survives.

She was a waitress at Sycamore Hills and The Station in Paris as well as Colonial Kitchen in Marshall.  Mary Ann was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paris and also supported Edgar County 4-H Club.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband; Larry Hickman of Paris, Illinois, her son; Chris Allen (Jennifer) Hickman of Paris, Illinois; her three sisters and six brothers, she was preceded in death by her parents, her son; Josh Hickman, and one sister.

The family would like to extend their Thanks to Lori Ann Malcolm, Michael McManus, Kim McManus and Shelby and Barb from Lincoln Land Hospice.
