Luckie J. Breneman, age 73 of Paris, IL passed away at 11:49 AM on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

No services are planned at this time. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Luckie was born on February 3, 1953, in Gary, Indiana to Jeff Clarence and Corine Louise (Patterson) Breneman. He married Sarah Jane Alford on November 10, 1974, at New Hope Church, she preceded him in death. He was a mechanic throughout his life.

He is survived by his children: Dennis Breneman, Joshua Breneman, and Rhawnie Breneman; his grandchildren: Sarah Dickison, Kyra Breneman, Jacob Breneman, and Levi Dickison; his siblings: Ronnie Breneman (Vohana), Melodie Harrison (John), Theren Breneman (Kathy), Kathy Wilson (Rod), and Vanessa Chandler.

Luckie is preceded in death by his wife, his son: Hulin Breneman; his brother, John Breneman, and his parents.
