Linda J. Steidl, age 74 of Sullivan, Illinois formerly of Paris, passed away at 10:28 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.

Services are pending at this time. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Linda was born on March 10, 1951 in Paris, Illinois to Raymond F. and Patsy (Parker) Steidl.

She lived in a group home most of her life. Her favorite food was macaroni and cheese.

She enjoyed joking around, and enjoyed visiting with anyone, liked to go shopping, her favorite color was red.

She had 6 siblings: Shan Kendall, Sue Ellen Romanowski, Peter Steidl, Veronica Schultz and Joy Turner.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Robert Steidl.
