Linda Lou Addcox, 81, of Terre Haute, Indiana, formerly of Paris, IL passed away on October 15, 2023, at her residence.

Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home in Paris, with a funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in Sims Cemetery in rural Paris.

Linda was born on January 31, 1942, the daughter of Dudley Orvel and Nellie Irene Buchanan Woolard. She married Lester Addcox on May 22, 1959, in Paris. He passed away April 9, 2008.

Linda spent many years working for Paris Healthcare as a housekeeper before her retirement. She was an avid BINGO player, enjoyed crochet, and shopping at the dollar store.

Linda is survived by her sister Darlene Summers of Terre Haute, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Allen Addcox and her four brothers.
