Laurabelle Mullins, age 86 of Paris, Illinois passed away at 11:45 A.M. on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Marshall Rehabilitation and Nursing in Marshall, Illinois

Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Edgar Cemetery in Paris. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Laurabelle was born on April 6, 1938 in Prairie County, Arkansas to John William and Orean (Harrison) Thompson. She married Jack A. Mullins on June 25, 1957 in Paris. He preceded her in death on March 26, 2001.

Laurabelle was a dedicated homemaker. She enjoyed being outside, tending to her flowers and garden. When she wasn't outside, she enjoyed crocheting and knitting.

She is survived by her nieces: Melinda (Susie) Roberts of Terre Haute, Indiana and Bobbie Arrasmith of Paris, Illinois.

Laurabelle is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her sister: Ada Mae Schommer.
