Larry Allen Brown, age 82 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Twin Lakes Rehab and Health Care Center in Paris. Born in Paris, Illinois January 1, 1938 at 12:20 a.m. he was the First baby of the New Year.  His parents were Alonzo and Ruby (Jones) Brown.  He graduated from Paris High School in 1956; the day after graduation he joined the United States Air Force and 21 years later, he retired.  He met Rosemary Sager and married her January 15, 1983 in Marshall, Illinois and she survives.  Larry had 5 brothers and 3 sisters; Howard Eugene Brown, Russell Atwood Brown, James Irving Brown, Alonzo Patty Jr. Brown, Paul Edward Brown, Lelah Bernadine Alexander, Marian Theodosia Radcliff, and Nancy Ellen Foote.  Nancy Ellen Foote survives.  Also surviving are daughters; Melissa Renee Brown, Jessica Rae Brown, Anne Marie Sanabria, and Ceceilia Lynn Chedid, all of Arizona, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Larry was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.  In later years Larry and Rosemary attended First Assembly of God in Paris.  He was a member of American Legion Post 211 and VFW Post 3601.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2020 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time Thursday, March 5, 2020.  Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 211.  Memorial contributions may be made to ECCF, Inc.
