Judith Ann Pitts, age 81, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home in Paris, Illinois. Graveside service will follow at Edgar Cemetery in Paris.

Judy was born on September 29, 1940 in Paris, Illinois. She is the daughter of the late Charles Wayne and Marin F. (Claybaugh) North. She married Leroy Pitts on January 19, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death.

Judy was a homemaker. She was a longtime and active member at Redmon Christian Church before residing in Oklahoma, where she attended Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Judy was also a longtime member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 211 and the VFW 3601 Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children: Misty Dawn (Wade) Jackson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tamara Jo (William) Lind of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her step children: Vicki Rolston of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Michelle Pitts of Vian, Oklahoma; her grandchildren: Taylor Jackson of Massillon, Ohio,  Erica (Rob) Keane, Jacquelyn Lind all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Bob (Colleen) Lind of St. Louis, Missouri; her step grandchildren: Rachel Girdner, Brandi Willige, Josh Rolston, Jessica (Brian) McBroom, Evan Rolston all of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Wyatt Cordray and Hayleigh Cordray all of Vian Oklahoma; her great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn Keane and Avery Keane both of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Hadley Lind of St. Louis, Missouri and Carson McFarland of Massillon, Ohio.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother Joseph W. North.
