Jerry LeRoy Thurman, age 81, of Paris, Illinois passed away at 11:47 A.M. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Cremation was chosen and no services are planned. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jerry was born on December 17, 1940 in Webb City, MO. He is the son of the late Don and Lorene (Mills) Thurman. He married Carolyn Prouse on April 12, 1963 in Clinton, Indiana. She preceded him in death.

He is survived by his children: Jerry (Holly) Thurman of Paris, John (Angie) Thurman of Paris, Gary (Amy) Thurman of Paris, Tracey (Tim) Malooley of Terre Haute, Indiana; his nine grandchildren: Reanna (David) Clendenen, Jesse, Kirstie (Clint) Duzan, Patrick (Madison) Englum, Kevin Thurman, Tiffany, Wesley, Mara, Garvin, and 12 great grandchildren.

Jerry is preceded in death by, his parents, his wife, Carolyn Thurman, and one great granddaughter, Ava Board.
