Jacqueline Jo "Jackie" Lindsey's Obituary
Jacqueline Jo "Jackie" Lindsey, age 61 of Paris, passed away at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute. She was a line worker at Zenith Corporation and Bogue North America. Jackie was a member of Sugar Grove Methodist Church. Born August 14, 1954 in Paris, she was the daughter of the late William A. Leininger and the late Mary Louise Hobson. She married Ova Lee Lindsey, Sr. March 31, 1979 in Paris and he survives. Other survivors include two children, Ova Lee (Bre) Lindsey, Jr. of Paris and Katie Leininger of Paris, two grandchildren, Carter Lee Lindsey and Madelyn Lindsey, both of Redmon, five siblings; Brenda Rhoads, Winnie Cooper, Randy Rhoads, Ernie Rhoads, and Linda Edwards, all of Paris, one half-sister Alice Leininger of Dayton, Ohio, and three dogs; Midnight, Lyli, and Bella Mae. Visitation for Jackie will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Edgar Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
