Jack Henry Davidson's Obituary
Jack Henry Davidson, age 87 of Chrisman, Illinois, passed away at 9:10 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at Pleasant Meadows Senior Living in Chrisman. He was employed at General Electric in Danville, Illinois and also was a farm hand and was employed at Republic Plastics in Georgetown, Illinois. Mr. Davidson was a United States Army and United States Air Force veteran, serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Chrisman, Chrisman American Legion, and was a life member of VFW Post 3601 in Paris.
Born December 27, 1930 in Clark County, Illinois, he was the son of the late William E. and Beulah (Hanley) Davidson. He married Phyllis Ann Boyer September 22, 1967 in Danville, Illinois; she passed away July 12, 2016.
Survivors include 2 sons, David Troy Davidson of Chrisman, Illinois and Dan Lee Jones of Paris, Illinois, and a brother William Davidson of Florida.
Graveside services with Military Honors for Mr. Davidson will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in Franklin Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
