Irma Lucille Johnson, age 84 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in Paris Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Paris. Born August 14, 1933 in Paris, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Anzlie and Ruth (Alexander) Switzer. She married Robert E. Johnson in 1953 in Rantoul, Illinois and he passed away January 29, 2015.
Survivors include three daughters; Cheryl Andersen of Wheaton, Illinois, Brenda Robison of Paris, Illinois, and Beth Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri, three grandchildren; Heather (Tyler) Carson of Katmandu, Nepal, Jamie Andersen of Chicago, Illinois, and Holly Robison of Chicago, Illinois, and two great grandchildren, Bran and Athena Carson, both of Katmandu, Nepal. She was preceded in death by four siblings; Walter Switzer, James Alan Switzer, Archie Switzer, and Aline Heitzman.
Following cremation, graveside services for Mrs. Johnson will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Edgar Cemetery.
