Harriett (Switzer) Gann, 82, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. at Paris Health and Rehab Center. She worked multiple jobs throughout the years including Dollar General, cleaning Roger Fruin's law office, and worked for the Bridwell family. The Bridwell's became part of our extended family and life long friends. Her favorite job was taking care of her grandkids and great-grandchildren later in life. She taught her grandkids many things like how to wrap Christmas presents and loved to snuggle and play with the great-grandkids.

She is survived by their daughter Nancy McKnight of Paris, her grandchildren; BJ (Jessica) Blair of Paris, Jamie Craig (Jeremy) Bennett of Camargo, and Dustin (Amanda) Blair of Chrisman, and 7 great-grandchildren; Briar Blair, Kylee Blair, Jeryn Bennett, Dylan Blair, Jace Bennett, Eli Blair, and Baine Blair, and a son-in-law Bill Blair of Paris. She had 1 sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Cathy Blair, her parents, and 10 siblings.
Private services will be held at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Foundation. The family would like to thank the nursing staff of Paris Health and Rehab for the care, dedication, and work they put in during this time. It was a comfort to know someone was with her and a special thanks to Darla who was there at then end.
