Gary Leon White, age 69, of Paris, Illinois passed away at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, August 8, 2022 in Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Burial will be private.

Gary was born on June 10, 1953 in Aurora, Illinois. He is the son of the late John Francis and Loretta Francis (Nail) White.

He was a technician for White Sheet Metal Heating and Air Conditioning. Gary enjoyed muscle cars, drag racing, his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and liked wolves.

He is survived by his children: Jamaica Anne White of Paris, Illinois, Samantha Dawn White of Paris, Illinois, John Francis White II of Paris, Illinois; his siblings: John O. (Cheryl) White of Paris, Illinois, Suzanne (Jim) Hewitt of Paris, Illinois; his six grandchildren: Zadance Heath, Spencer Heath, Braxtyn Blunk, Jonna Christopher, Joseph Christopher, Nova White; his beloved pets, Bubby and Baby Girl; and several nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings: Robert Plew and Kitti Rickman.

Memorials may be made to the Edgar County Animal Shelter.
