Eugene E. Ward age 81 of Paris, IL passed away at 11:20 p.m. Saturday May 18, 2019 in Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute, IN. Following cremation, services will be announced at a later date. Donations may be made to the Edgar County Humane Association. He was a quality control inspector for a defense contractor. Eugene served in the United States Army.

He was born June 5, 1937 in Embarrass Township, Edgar County Illinois the son of the late Paul Scott and Eda (Pupilli) Ward.

Eugene married Kathleen (Mullins) Ward in Minneapolis, Minnesota and she survives. He is also survived by his children Laurie (Kenneth) Koestler of Jordan, Minnesota and Michelle (Robert) Wolf of Chaska, Minnesota and 4 grandchildren.
