Elizabeth "Betty" Ina Bennett age 78 of Paris, Illinois, passed away Saturday June 13, 2020 at 10:45p.m. at Twin Lakes Rehab Center in Paris, Illinois. In keeping with Federal Mandates; Private Services will be held at a later date. She was born April 6, 1942 in Almont, Michigan the daughter of the late George Edward Griffin and Mabel Ina McMeans Griffin. Betty married Robert Lovel Bennett on July 2, 1966 in Port Huron, Michigan, he survives. She cleaned houses, was a seamstress and a member of NRA. Betty is survived by her husband; Robert Bennett of Paris, Illinois, her daughters; Patricia Ina (Kevin) Hahn of Timnath, Colorado, Robin Lovel (Steve) Cartright of Paris, Illinois, her siblings; Mary Ann Duncan of Calistoga, California, Deborah Marie (David) DeLaRosa of Doerne, Texas, William Joseph LaPorte of Hazel Park, Michigan, Carolyn (Robert) Myers of Michigan, her half-sisters; Linda Griffin of North Carolina and Cheryl Griffin of Michigan, her grandchildren; Junior Lynn (Nicole) Rice of Vincennes, Indiana, Kendra Christine Cartright of Paris, Illinois, Christian Hahn of Timnath Colorado and Brandon Hahn of Timnath Colorado, a great grandchild; Kinsey Amanda Lynn McCoy of Kenny, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents; George Edward Griffin and Mabel Ina McMeans Griffin, and siblings; Carl William Griffin, Jack Griffin, Walter Durphy Griffin and James Griffin.

Memorials may be made to the Education Fund for Kinsey Amanda Lynn McCoy in care of First Mid Bank and Trust of Paris, Illinois.
