Doyle Eugene Entrican, age 69 of Paris, Illinois passed away at 12:30P.M. on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Gibson Family Center for Hospice in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Doyle was born on June 10, 1954 in Paris, Illinois to Clinton Olin and Dollie Faye (Furry) Entrican. He married Charla "Jeanie" Cox on January 18, 1987 at Embarrass Community Church and she survives.

Doyle served his country as member of the United States Navy for 4 years. He then, worked as a clerk for the U.S. Post Office for 46 years. Doyle enjoyed collecting Paris memorabilia, and going to auctions and yard sales.

He is survived by his wife, his mother, his brother: William Randall Entrican of Paris, Illinois; his sister: Dori Entrican-Allen (Steve) of Paris, Illinois; his nieces: Amy Perez (George) of Terre Haute, Indiana, Kristi Opalesky of Aurora, Colorado, Cindy Koessler (Kevin) of Bloomington, Indiana, Jennifer Sumner of Montgomery, Illinois; and his nephew: Joshua Sumner of St. Charles, Illinois.

Doyle was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials may be made to the Edgar County Humane Society.
