Diana Lynn Nicholson, age 77 of Paris, Illinois passed away 7:40 A.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at her home.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Blue officiating. Burial will take place in Edgar Cemetery.

Diana was born on February 26, 1947 in Paris, Illinois to Leo Pearl and Rosella (Walls) Nicholson.

She was a secretary for Bud Wittick. Diana was also a longtime member of Church of Christ in Oliver and Paris. She enjoyed making ceramics, tending to her flowers and garden, and eating Chuck's tomatoes. She loved a good joke and to make people smile.

She is survived by her life partner, Chuck Trine; her sister, Donna Hayes; her nephew: Montee Bayless; her great niece: Alex Holloran; her cousin: Vicki Ewing; and her close friends: Ray Wilson, Carolyn Ray, and Richard Budd.

Diana is preceded in death by her parents.
