Debra Lynn Barquin, age 65 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 11:03 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 in the emergency room at Horizon Health. She had been an Operating Room Technician in Orange County, California.

Born March 11, 1953 in Brawley, California, she was the daughter of the late Allen Eugene and Emily Geraldine (Morgan) Phillips. Survivors include her daughter Wendy Watson of Paris, Illinois, a sister Joyce Pluard of Santa Maria, California, and a brother Robert Phillips of Fontana, California.  She was preceded in death by two sisters.
