David Alan Hunter's Obituary
David Alan Hunter, age 66 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 8:02 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2016 at his residence. He was a welder at GSI. Mr. Hunter was a United States Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of VFW Post 3601, of which he had served as Chaplain. Born July 12, 1950 in Paris, Illinois to the late Robert A. and Mary Ruth (Murdock) Hunter. Survivors include two sons, Christopher Hunter of Cave Creek, Arizona and Zachery Hunter of Paris, Illinois, and a sister Donna Romine of Winter Haven, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Dennis Hunter. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
