David Ray Harbour 63 of Paris, IL passed away at 1:45 p.m., Saturday May 23, 2020 in Marshall Rehabilitation and Nursing in Marshall, IL. He was in the United States Navy and he was a carpenter.

In keeping with Federal Mandates private services may be held at a later date.

Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

David was born July 3, 1956 in Mattoon, IL the son of the late Kenneth Eugene and Lorene Francis Osborn Harbour.

He married Debbie Ashley Harbour August 24, 1976 and she preceded him in death.

David is survived by his children: Daniel (Wendy) Harbour of Chrisman, IL and Ashley Harbour of Paris, IL; his grandchildren: Nathaniel Harbour and Willow Morecraft both of Paris, IL, and his sister Tina Marie Osborn of Aurora, Colorado.

He was also preceded in death by a brother.
