Darla Gibson, age 50 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 11:05 a.m. Thursday, November 14, 2019 at her residence. Born May 13, 1969 in Paris, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Virginia (Malone) Fleetwood.  She married Paul Gibson March 17, 1995 in Paris, Illinois and he survives.  Other survivors include four children; Angela (Matt) May, Zack (Katie) Gibson, Shawn Gibson, and Dakota Gibson, all of Paris, Illinois, two grandchildren, Boe and Brinley Gibson, one brother James (Bonnie) Malone of Paris, Illinois, three sisters; Cindy Marietta, Stephanie VanNess, and Pamela (Herschel) Malone, all of Paris, Illinois, and two adopted sisters, Rhonda (Tim) Hess of Paris, Illinois and Crystal Marietta of Champaign, Illinois.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services for Darla will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from Noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
