Conn Wheeler, age 81, of Chrisman, IL passed away at 10:23 a.m., Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at his home. He was a truck driver for Edgar Electric Cooperative Association and a farmer. Conn was a member of the Logan Methodist Church.

Services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2017 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home in Paris.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery.

He was born June 25, 1936 the son of the late Alfred and Leona Madge Hugg Wheeler in Edgar Township, Edgar County Illinois.

Conn married Donna Ingram Wheeler June 16, 1957 at the Scottland Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife Donna; his children: Terri (Duane) Quinn of Chrisman, Kristy (Keith) Colyer of Chrisman; his grandchildren Shannon Quinn of Paris, Jeremy (Brittany Brown) Quinn of Chrisman, Skylar Buckley of Chrisman, Hayden Buckley of Chrisman, April Colyer of Chrisman, Chloe Colyer of Chrisman, Madison Wheeler of Paris; his great-grandchildren: Kaylee Quinn, Brody Quinn, Drake Quinn, Colton Quinn, and his sister Mamie Dart of Paris.

Conn was preceded in death by his son Brent Allen Wheeler on June 24, 2013.
