Clyde Edward "Eddie" Hard, age 76 of Paris, Illinois passed away at 6:27 A.M. on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Paris Health and Rehab Center.

No services are scheduled at this time. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Eddie was born on October 13, 1947 in Paris, Illinois to Clyde Harrison and Olivine Louise (Cash) Hard. He married Lois Clements and she survives.

He served his country as a member of the United States Army 101st Airbourne Division. Eddie was a contractor. He was a longtime member of the local VFW and Wabash Valley Rodders Car Club. His hobbies include building model cars and playing the drums. He was in several bands over the years, most notably The Continentals when he was younger, Gold Wax Revival Band, and The Silvertones.
