Clayton Toensing, age 75, of Paris, Illinois passed away at 12:40 A.M. on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Paris Healthcare center.

Services are pending at this time. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Clayton was born on February 7, 1947 in Litchfield, Minnesota. He is the son of the late Erwin C. Toensing and Rachel L. Harms. His spouse, Anne, of 39 years survives him.

He served his country as a member of the United States Army. He also managed storage units in Belleview, Washington.

He is survived by his wife; Anne Toensing, his siblings: Gloria Krebs of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and Maynard Toensing of Crete, Nebraska.

Clayton was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Gene Toensing of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and his sister, Carolyn Homp of Paris, Illinois.
