Carolyn L. Homp age 76 of Paris, Illinois passed away on Saturday April 3, 2021 at 9:10 p.m. at Gibson Family Center for Hospice in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born August 17, 1944 in Litchfield, Michigan to the late Erwin and Rachel Krug Toensing.

Carolyn married Philip Homp on August 9, 1963 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and he survives.

She was a Bookkeeper for Indian Stores Consolidated in Tucson, Arizona.  Carolyn was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church of Paris, Illinois as well as the Ladies Aid at the church.

Carolyn is survived by her husband; Philip Homp of Paris, Illinois, her sons; Philip (Merri) Homp Jr. of Lafayette, Colorado, Gerald (Michell) Homp of Seward, Nebraska, Robert Homp of Hastings Nebraska, her siblings; Maynard (Judy) Toensing of Paris, Illinois, Clayton (Ann) Toensing of Marshall, Illinois, Gloria (Jake) Krebs of Wheatridge, Colorado, six grandchildren and one great grandchild, she was preceded in death by her parents; Erwin and Rachel Krug Toensing, her brother; Gene Toensing.

A Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday April 10, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church in Paris, IL
