Carolyn Marie Curl, age 87 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 10:15 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2019 at Horizon Health/Paris Community Hospital. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service. Carolyn was an avid gardener, a gourmet cook, and loved to golf.  She also enjoyed traveling extensively.

Born May 25, 1931 in Paris, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Allen B. and Louisa (Sudduth) Piper. Survivors include her cousin Pat Logan of Avon, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her brother Allen Lee Piper.

Following cremation, a memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Paul Warner Animal Rescue.
