Brenda L. Schwab, age 71 of Paris, Illinois passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Heartland Senior Living in Neoga, Illinois.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home with pastor Garry Hendrick officiating.

Brenda was born on August 21, 1954, in Clinton, Indiana to Leon and Okie (Haltom) Catterson.

She spent many years working in a photography studio, was a member of State Line Christian Church in Blanford, Indiana, and cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Paul Miller, Bobby Miller (Natalie); her grandchildren: Nicholas Phillips, Stefen Miller (Taylor), Preston Miller, Zachary Phillips, Sydney Miller, Tristan Miller; her great grandchildren: Elliott James Miller, Emmie Anne Miller; her siblings: Connie Lewis (Terry), Ronald Catterson (Mary), her sisters in law: Ronda Catterson, Cathy Catterson, and many nieces and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers: Leon Catterson Jr. and Everett Catterson.

Memorials in memory of Brenda may be made to State Line Christian Church.
