Betty Jo Griffin's Obituary
Betty Jo Griffin, age 56 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2015 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a mother, and a grandma. Born May 12, 1959 in Paris, she was the daughter of William David "Bud" Cusick and Dolly (Hobbs) Cusick. She married William Keith Griffin July 2, 1994 in Paris and he survives. Other survivors include her mother Dolly Cusick of Paris, a daughter Melissa Jo (Chris) Griffin Garner of Paris, a son Brian Keith (Crystal) Griffin of Paris, a daughter Madison Cusick of Gays, Illinois, three sisters; Donna (Rob) Petty of Paris, Sandy (Russel) Cunningham of Paris, and Rose (Rick) Sims of Marshall, a brother David (Anita) Cusick of Mayfield, Kentucky, and five grandchildren; Dylan Shanks, Kade Garner, Kyle Marietta, Kaitlynn Marietta, and Lindsay Marietta. She was preceded in death by her father William David "Bud" Cusick. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home with Pastor Troy Warner officiating. Burial will follow in Edgar Cemetery.
