Barbara Lee (McDaniel) Henson, age 87, of Paris, IL passed away at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Paris Healthcare.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home with burial in Darwin Cemetery.

Barbara was born on June 20, 1935 to the late Earl Ray and Mabel Lorene (Turner) McDaniel. She married Carl F. Henson, Sr. on May 8, 1954 and they later divorced. He preceded her in death on May 11, 1992.

Barbara was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children: Terry C. (Kathy) Henson of Lincoln, Illinois, Billy (Rita) Henson of Paris, Illinois, Ramona (Gary) Archer of Paris, Illinois, Regina J. (Samuel) Roberts of Paris, Illinois; her siblings: Mary White of Paris, Illinois, Doris Jackson of Terre Haute, Indiana, Martha (Keith) Burton of Marhsall, Illinois; her 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren plus 1 expected, and 5 great great grandchildren.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, and her children: Charles R. Henson, Carl Henson Jr., and Virgil Henson.
