Amanda Cecelia Hunter, age 29, of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Paris, IL passed away Saturday June 6, 2015 at Eskenazi Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. She was a receptionist at the LaQuinta Hotel and also employed at Lowe's in the human resources department. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a graduate of Paris High School.

Services for Amanda will be 10 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home, Paris. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will be private in Edgar Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Amanda was born April 27, 1986 in Terre Haute, IN the daughter of the late Dennis and Connie Anne Davidson Hunter.

She is survived by her grandparents: Forrest and Ann Davidson and Bob and Joan Hutchcraft all of Paris; her sisters Rebecca (Kenneth) Sexton, Angela (Mike) Wilson, Crystal Hunter all of Paris; Several aunts and uncles including Tim Hutchcraft of Champaign; seven nephews, one niece and two great-nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother Joshua Hunter and one nephew.
